Common Questions
What does the monthly fee cover?
Your furnished room, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen access, and basic household supplies. Call us for current availability and move-in details.
+
Do I sign anything?
You sign a resident agreement, which covers what your monthly fee includes and how notice works. It is month to month, not a year long commitment. The resident agreement explains the current housing arrangement and notice process.
+
Is this a treatment program?
No. This is housing. We provide furnished shared housing with peer support and structure. We do not provide detoxification, medical care, therapy, counseling, or other clinical treatment. Residents may continue outside recovery or outpatient services while living here.
+
Can I keep working?
Yes. Residents may work, attend school, participate in recovery support, or pursue other daily goals while living here.
+
Do you accept residents on medication assisted treatment?
+
Medication needs are discussed during screening so we can determine whether the home is an appropriate fit. All medication is stored and documented according to house policy.
Can I have visitors or stay out overnight?
Visitor and overnight arrangements are discussed during screening and explained in the resident agreement.
+
How long can I stay?
Length of stay is discussed during screening and depends on the resident agreement and continued fit.
+
Where are the homes located?
+
We serve Polk County, Florida. We share the exact address once screening is complete, to protect our residents' privacy.
